Directors
Heald & Chiampa Funeral Directors was founded in 2010 by
brothers Jim and John Heald and their partner, David Chiampa to
offer Shrewsbury, MA and surrounding towns a new approach to
funeral services. Collectively, with over 60 years of
experience, the partners combine in-depth knowledge
with compassion to provide exceptional pre-planning, burial
services, cremation services, and grief resources. They are
sensitive to the needs of every family, honoring each wish and
providing exceptional, personal service from the planning stages to
well beyond the farewell ceremonies to honor, remember, and
celebrate life.
Sumner House
Heald & and Chiampa is located in
historical Sumner House which sits adjacent to the town
common at the center of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The Sumner House
is a well-recognized landmark originally built in 1797. The
partners retained much of the site's original interior, creating a
warm and inviting atmosphere meant to comfort loved ones
during funerals, blessings, and other services of rememberance.
